About Me
I am a PhD candidate at Cornell University in the field of Soil and Crop Science, working with Dr. Harold van Es. I am Tata-Cornell Institute scholar. My primary research interests are studying soil health – particularly its effects on food security. My current work is based in North-East India, studying the regional variation in soil health and the management practices that lead to these differences. I like working in a laboratory, being out in the field and interacting with people from different walks of life.
